As most of you are aware, I’ve left the event industry behind and moving to more spiritual practices and studies. Apart from that, I have started getting back into my art and am building up quite the collection.
I’ll be adding them to my new personal website in the future, once that is redesigned.
But in the meantime, I’ve started my first digital art project called #PistolWhipped. I have yet to finish these three images that I am sharing, but it will give you an idea.
I’m not sure if I’ll end up making a picture book, or a gallery, maybe even some prints for sale… who knows… but right now I’m just having fun with it and wanted to share the first images with my readers.
The concept is pretty graphic at times, and deals with the way men (especially gay men) view their penises as these all powerful weapons. But it also deals with the way in which men are obsessed with porn, dickpics and photographing their sexual encounters. All to pretty floral wallpaper backgrounds. I’m thinking I may also start adding the actual text from people’s penis selfies that are posted online or sent via sites like grindr. Obviously not using their pictures though.
